Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a 7 day return policy (see full guidelines below). We will gladly accept your hair extensions back for a full refund or exchange so long as they are unopened with the original hygiene seal intact. Due to hygienic reasons, once the package has been opened, the hair becomes final sale. To begin the return process, please click here.
Your return is your responsibility until it gets back to Philocaly Hair Inc., so please ensure you use a reliable shipping provider and method. If you are returning your hair from outside of Canada, you must write "Returned item- No duties" on your customs form, otherwise your item will be sent back to you.
What items are returnable?
- All items, with the exception of hair care products, are returnable within 7 days of receving your shipment.
- Hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, tabs, etc) are final sale.
- All items must be in original condition.
- Box must be unopened with hygiene seal in tact.
- Due to hygienic reasons, items that are opened can not be returned.
Are there any charges for my return?
- There are no restocking fees on returned items.
- Original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
How do I return my item(s)?
- To begin the return process, please click here.
- Enter your order number and email address in the blank fields and click Start.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
