No. The only prerequisite to purchasing Philocaly hair extensions is being a hairstylist. This ensures that professionals have the expertise to work with our high-quality extensions and deliver exceptional results.

Our Pro Collection includes hand-tied wefts, genius wefts, flat wefts, invisible tape-ins, keratin tips, and nano beads, designed for professional stylists. For those looking for easy-to-use options, our Ready-to-Wear Collection features seamless and classic clip-ins, perfect for at-home styling or quick transformations.
Our physical location is in Calgary, Alberta, however we do not currently offer in-person pickup.

We currently offer 18" and 22" lengths in stock and ready to ship. For lengths ranging from 24" to 28", a custom order is required.

Yes, you can pre-order hair. Once your order is placed, we will send you an invoice, and your order will ship as soon as the product is back in stock. Alternatively, you can request a "Back in Stock" notification directly on the product page, and you'll be alerted as soon as it becomes available again.
Certifications & Courses
To register for a class with Philocaly Hair, we require proof of certification as a licensed hairstylist or proof of enrollment in a recognized hair school. If you're still in school, we recommend waiting until you've completed your program to sign up. This ensures that our classes are tailored to professionals who are ready to work with our extensions and techniques.
Each course we offer provides certification for installations based on the specific method you choose to complete. Upon successful completion, you'll be certified in that installation technique, ensuring you're equipped with the skills and expertise to offer high-quality extension services to your clients.
We offer a variety of beginner extension education classes, making Philocaly an excellent choice for those looking to enter the world of hair extensions. While prior extension education is not required, we do ask for proof of a hairstyling diploma to complete your course registration. This ensures that participants have a foundational understanding of hairstyling, allowing for a successful learning experience.

This is more than just a class—it's an investment in your growth and success as an extension expert.
All Philocaly classes include a full starter kit with all the essential tools and supplies you'll need for the class, along with practice hair. For the class, you will need to bring a mannequin and stand, a tail comb, Framar clips, and extra pin curl clips.
Please note that a color ring is not included in your starter kit and is available for purchase separately.
Returns & Exchanges
- Head to the “Create a Return” page
- Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unopened and the original hygiene seal remains intact. After opening the package, the items become final sale due to hygienic reasons.
Philocaly does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used, installed, or altered hair extensions (e.g., if they have been dyed, washed, or cut).
- Items that are not in their original packaging with hygiene seals or are damaged.
- Final sale items, which may include certain promotional products.
Unopened hair extensions with the original hygiene seal intact can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please note that once the package is opened, the items become final sale. Hair accessories and supplies are also considered final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
However, if the issue is due to a Philocaly error (like a wrong item being sent or warranty issue), they will cover the return shipping costs.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or alterations, including coloring or toning extensions.
Therefore, coloring your extensions would void the warranty.
To maintain the integrity of your extensions and keep the warranty valid, it's recommended to use the extensions as provided without making alterations such as coloring.
To safely color extensions that would not void the warrenty, we would recommend taking our Extension Coloring Class.

Your return is your responsibility until it reaches Philocaly Hair Inc., so please ensure you use a reliable shipping provider and method. If you are returning items from outside Canada, please make sure to write "Returned item - No duties" on your customs form; otherwise, your item will be returned to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that your item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days of us receiving. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.

Yes, Philocaly ships worldwide! We offer expedited and tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

United States: 1-3 business days. Major centres receive 1-2 day delivery and rural areas take between 2-3 business days.

Orders from Philocaly Hair Extensions are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If you order before 1:30 PM MST your order will be shipped out that day and if you order after 1:30 PM MST your order will ship the next business day.
We ship Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST (excluding Canadian statutory holidays), orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, Philocaly will send you a tracking link via email.
You can also track your order by:
-Logging into your Philocaly account.
-Going to “Order History”.
-Clicking on the tracking number to see the status of your package.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Philocaly is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. By law, Philocaly must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Philocaly, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Philocaly. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded
If your order hasn’t shipped, you may be able to cancel or update it. Contact Philocaly support immediately. Once it ships, changes are not possible and you will be responsible for returning the order for a refund or exchange.
