You can place a custom order for lengths up to 28" by filling out the request form at the bottom of this page. Payment is not required at the time of submission. Once your request is received, please allow one business day for an invoice to be sent. Production of your custom order will begin only after payment has been received.

Please allow 12-14 weeks for the meticulous creation and shipment of your custom order. You will receive confirmation of shipment once your custom order has left our warehouse in Calgary. Standard shipping times apply once you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please note that a minimum order of 100 grams is required for custom orders. For professionals, please refer to our custom order price list to view the grams per package for each length and style. Our ready-to-wear collections automatically meet this requirement.

As custom orders are made specifically for you and are not part of our stocked inventory, we do not accept exchanges or offer refunds. All sales are final, except in the case of an error on our part. However, rest assured that all custom orders are covered by our 6-month limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are made to your specified length and are not part of our stocked inventory. However, our 6-month warranty still applies to custom length extensions. Your happiness is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order.
