The Push Up Method is a hair extension technique that involves creating a beaded row foundation, to which wefts (genius, flat, or hand-tied) are attached. The stitching is done on either side of the beads, allowing them to be "pushed up" during maintenance rather than removed and reinstalled. This method is popular for its efficiency, as it requires quick maintenance and does not need to be fully reinstalled, saving time for both stylists and clients.

For stylists, the Push-Up Method is highly efficient. The initial installation typically takes 2 to 2.5 hours, but with practice, it can be completed in as little as 75 minutes. This faster method means more clients can be seen in a day, increasing profitability. Additionally, maintenance appointments are quick, taking only around 30 minutes, which also contributes to a higher client turnover.
