Utterly shocked!
Received my extensions quite quickly! Upon opening the box, wow.. love the packaging. It's so cute and a nice way to store your extensions. Secondly, they weren't the right color, (not the companys fault) I'm just in-between chocolate brown and a neutral so I had to have them professionally dyed which they turned out perfect and still very silky, highly impressed 😊. They are thiiiiiick 💕, not thin and cheap like 99 percent of extensions on the market unless your paying thousands. All in all, suuuuuper impressed with the quality and customer service was superb. Will definitely re purchase in the future. Thanks philocaly for giving me my confidence again with thicker hair. Xoxo. 😘

I’d give more stars if I could ⭐️
I’ve always been a Philocaly weft girly but decided to take a break from semi permanent methods after having a baby (I don’t currently have time for re-install appointments). I still wanted the option to wear extensions for the odd date night or plans with the girls so opted for their clip-ins. Their clip-ins are the same quality as their wefts which blows me away as other brands usually tangle up as I’m wearing them and don’t last long. I’ve had them for 8 months and am planning to go back to wefts now that I have a little more time, but my clips still have so much life left in them for down the road if I need a break again. Thank you for making the highest quality hair!! Such a game changer!
