We've got some exciting news regarding our new manufacturing factory!

Quality hair and exceptional customer care are the core of everything we do here at Philocaly, and it's so important to us that you continue to receive only the highest quality Remy human hair paired with the most advanced processing techniques as we continue to grow as a company.

This past year, we've experienced an incredible amount of growth - thanks to our wonderful customers, like you - we're truly grateful for you! With that, though, we've found that our existing manufacturing company has not been able to keep up with our demand at the standards we've set and expect. So, we've made the decision to transition over to a new manufacturing company that has promised to keep up with our demands while ensuring they meet our Philocaly standards of excellence.

With our new factory, you can expect:

• Ethically sourced hair

• Healthier extensions

• Less breakage

• Thicker ends

• and so much more!

This transition will take a little bit of time as fresh stock won't be available until mid-April/early May 2023. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this delay may cause as we understand how important it is to have extensions available for your clients. However, because quality hair is at the forefront of all that we do, we came to the decision that the pros of a superior manufacturer will significantly outweigh the cons of this delay.

We truly believe that the new factory we've partnered with will transform the way we all do hair! Based on our discussions with our new manufacturer, we are confident that they will manufacture superior hair, conduct top-notch quality control, and have the capacity to meet our demand needs, which means fewer out-of-stocks and more products for you!
